Just booked this property for couple of nights.When enquiring about few different matters via email has been told "since we do not have Club rooms and all rooms are suites,we do not offer any upgrades to Diamond members".
Apart from that,got a fairly aggressive attempt to sell me more nights.
I know how many nights I'd like to stay,thank you very much...
Anyway,in all PH I stayed,they always offered 1-cat upgrade to Diamonds,at least.So this hotel apparently is writing they own rules.Makes you feel very unwelcome,I'm really tempted to cancel now.
