I'm trying to book an award flight from west coast of north america back to uk and FB web site says it's available on the day I want and I can get all the way up the page where it says enter passenger name. It then says "The last seats on this flight have already been booked and are no longer available." So restart from the beginning, flight is still availble, but still same error message. What's the point of saying a classic award is available if it's not!
