Do I smell TLL being built into a Flybe CIS & Eastern European hub ala Air Baltic at RIX? Wouldn't be surprised if they open routes to various Ukrainian and Russian destinations and cities like Almaty, Baku and Tbilisi fairly soon from TLL.
