Trying to acces a PNR with a last name that has a space in it
Hey guys,

I'm trying to help a friend stuck in NYC. He has two last names. I can access it on CO's website, but when I try on UA it doesn't recognize it. He's flying a UA flight on CO metal from EWR to LHR. Is there something I can do to trick .bomb into accepting his last name? I need to rebook him and I can't access his reservation on united.com
