Doubtful that anything will come back. Orlando now is more-or-less a large outstation for Delta now; DCA was brought back because Delta had to use the slots, and that route will likely disappear once the slot swap with US Airways is finalized. Miami was added to provide some feed to Delta/SkyTeam's new/expanded services at that airport. Hartford and Boston have managed to stick around for a while, likely helped by large Delta presences in those two cities. That leaves Raleigh and Las Vegas as the only non-hub/soon-to-be-hub (LGA) that have MCO service...my guess is RDU was a convenient place to stick some RJs.
I wouldn't expect much more service though; RJs have a high CASM and Orlando is a low-yield market; the two mixing together does not do well for a PnL statement.
