My parents are booked on BMI miles to BOS on Monday on LX via ZRH.

If the BOS flight is cancelled who should they contact to rebook?

Presume BMI if cancelled before they check in at MAN that morning, otherwise LX id they are enroute?

Is Pretravel support closed over the weekend/ bank holiday? If so, will they have success speaking to the call centre? Imagine if there are cancellations flights the following day will be v busy and lacking in reward availability...
