I understand such upgrades should appear as J-class seat availability, but I don't see J listed at all (even to say zero availability) when I use the Awards/Upgrades search. J) Availability on
US, you need to use the
[Galileo] Method under the
[Availability] Tab, which will only show results that have non-zero availability in the requested Booking Class(es). Therefore, unfortunately, it is difficult to determine whether there are no Upgrade Seats or whether
US is withholding the upgrade info on a particular route.
