You can get it from the airport at US$50. (yes, fifty dollars !)
I called about a week ago the Kenyan embassy in Paris, as the visa last only 3 months I cannot take it in advance.
(It cost me 58EUR in France to get it, so no discount)
The stupid thing is that French did not need a visa until last year ... grrrr
