A sector or a flight segment is one flight coupon. If you change planes in a city and use another flight coupon it is another segment. You get 4 in each continent except North America where you get six. Stopovers make no difference except in the continent of origin where you are limited to two. You can visit the same city and stopover as many times as you want to within the preceding limitations.
