I just took VS 17 from LHR-EWR in premium economy. It is pretty much a Business class lite product (unlike UA's E+ that is economy with 4 extra inches of legroom).
They served a standard Y Hermolis meal. There are worse meals out there, but I would have hoped to get a premium meal in a premium class on a premium airline.
Also, they brought me the main course 1/2 hour after everyone else. They said this was because it needed time to heat up, but it was still somewhat cold when I got it.
That's the "problem" with almost all of the Hermolis meals - there's just so much packed into the standard size entree that it usually needs 10-15 mins more heating time than is suggested on the package.
The best test is to feel the middle of the bottom of the entree package. If it's too hot to touch then the inside of the meal is also hot. If not then I'll guarantee you that the middle of the entree won't be sufficiently well heated.
