That's the "problem" with almost all of the Hermolis meals - there's just so much packed into the standard size entree that it usually needs 10-15 mins more heating time than is suggested on the package.

The best test is to feel the middle of the bottom of the entree package. If it's too hot to touch then the inside of the meal is also hot. If not then I'll guarantee you that the middle of the entree won't be sufficiently well heated.
