Really?? Do you actually snowboard lol. Regular all-mountain snowboards top out around 165cm generally. Even powder boards are at most 180cm. Mine is 156cm, which is actually the more the average by most people. I'd hate to ride a 190cm board!

Anyway ...What board bag do you have? I have one set of bindings, and board - but I have fit two boards and binding set in my bag before whilst flying. I regularly pack my boots/board/bindings and snow gear and clothes in there for a week or two trip - then as carryon, a backpack with more clothing gear and my helmet. That's what most of us boarders tend to do, also has the additional benefit of protecting your precious board from those 'accident prone' baggage handlers.

I have a bag similar to this one, with the length designed to fit my 156cm board with about 5cm either side of the nose and tail. I usually just hit the 20kg target for the majority of the airlines.
