The M&M status always expires the 28th of Feb. Everyone who has bought a ticket before that date and has entered his M&M number will have his status of the time of booking printed on his BP. In en extreme case you buy your ticket 1 day before expiry of your status for a flight tat is almost in 1 yrs. time and your BP will show SEN/FTL/HON.
Nowadays LH scans the BP at the entrance and as a M&M Member you normally don't have to show your card.
