Yes, it's free. I think the wireless thing there is for the terminals CX has in the lounge. But I could access via my own PC.

NRT airport is also running a wireless LAN service but it does not cover Satellite 1, where the CX/AA/SQ/BA/AF lounges are. Since early November, this airport LAN access service has also been requiring a GRIC ID to access.
