If you are flying AA out of NRT, your choices will be AA, CX or BA at Terminal 1, Satellite 1. QF is at Terminal 2 and the two terminals are not well connected airside. The BA lounge is open for a few hours around noon. They only have two flights around noon.

Unless you take AA176 on the return to get back to ORD, your choices will be AA and CX, which are next to each other. The CX lounge has a few PCs, wireless LAN and some foods. The AA lounge has nice shower cabins.
