The rules on the Circle Pacific fare say this:

With other fares, like the explorer fares, it's much more clear and says that the flight must be operated by one of these carriers. This one is really vague and seems like you can use any codeshare as long as the flight number is a oneworld flight. Has anyone used non-OW flights on this fare, specifically QF operated by PX?
