If I'm sure (meaning I'm really positive) a phone call is a scam, I've got a couple of air horns I bought at the Dollar store and I give 'em a nice long blast. They've never still been on the phone afterwords. My aging mom gets far too many of these calls and I love taking the phone when I'm there and such a call comes in.
