Scam using Southwest tix as bait?

Just received a postcard with a photo of a Southwest jet on the back with the following offer on the front side:

Dear Boraxo
Congratulations! You have been selected to receive 2 Round Trip Airfares to anywhere Southwest flies. CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE AS A BONUS 3 DAY 2 NIGHT HOTEL STAY! ...
To claim this special offer, simply call 1-888-639-6990

However a trace of the phone number suggests that the offer is part of a travel club sales scam:

Wondering if any of our Southwest friends can provide a link to the fraud or department, as I'm sure the legal department would not be too happy with the use of Southwest's trademarked images and name to promote this scam.
