The 180 seat configuration is indeed based on Boeing's "typical 2-class" seating arrangement. This is probably based off of 12F/168Y, since these so-called "typical" arrangements generally include fewer first class seats than airlines actually use. I would honestly expect a 20F/153Y configuration as suggested above.
