to be honest, you will save way more doing this than the miles you might get. in my view, i would do all hidden city ticketing without any FF number.

i mean, hidden city flying to the big apple or windy city on short notice is well worth saving hundreds of $$$$ versus the piddly amount of aeropesos you would get or any other FF miles for that matter.

[Added] case in point, suppose i needed to go to ORD tomorrow. 246 to fly to ORD is better than 1061 and saving 850 bones means WAY more than any FF miles.
