You´d probably slightly reduce the risk, however AC´s revenue protection unit is more intelligent than you think (using parameters like name, route, date of birth, passport info, FF#)
Nobody will go after you if you miss 2-3 flights a year, there are many legitimiate reasons to miss a flight, but I definitely wouldn´t recommend developing a habit of doing so. Of course, YMMV.
