Many properties select their own sheets, it's not necessarily an across the brand requirement.

That said, I notice lots of Wamsutta brands, but have noticed many other suppliers, and found great variances between brands. Also have noticed that just becasue the room has the booklet about the linens, doesn't necessaily mean the roonm actuallyhas those linens in it.

It may also vary for corporate owned hotels versus franchised. I worked at a franchise prioperty, and our linens came from whatever manufacturer had the best prices at that time, but that still met our comfort standards. Linens pricing fluctatutes a lot thru the year, and pricing varied dramatically by country of origin, most being made outside the USA.
