In respect of the CSD response - typical of someone trying to make things up and getting caught out. It is a silly BA seat design issue which no one in BA management appears to have thought about.

The problem with the few adaptors on loan is that passengers walk of with them. I do sympathise with BA charging for the adaptors (from the duty free sales trolley).

They should have a deposit return policy rather than one of sale - to remind pax to return the adaptors.

They never had empower adaptors for a Mac. I still carry mine around although only find them of use on US domestic flights. Are VS UCS still on empower? Think they are.
