Condor and Cirrus are simply partner airlines that allow (award, but not status) mileage accrual and redemption with M&M, just like any other non-*A partner such as Qatar or Air Astana.

Luxair, LOT, Adria Airways, Air Dolomiti, Croatia Airlines, Swiss, Brussels Airlines, Austrian, and Lufthansa are all fully integrated partner airlines with Miles&More being their native FFP.

At the same time, Luxair and Air Dolomiti are not members of *A, while all the other fully integrated partners are - which sometimes leads to confusion when it comes to lounge access and other alliance-wide benefits.
