Maybe as I take calls for work anywhere in the world even if I am on holiday, I would personally prefer anything (personal or work related) gets resolved asap rather than to let it wait - but that is me.
I agree with that.
I try to answer the phone when and where I am. But some people dont like their life that. Now BA think the customer have gone awol.
One phone call and the money would have been in the bank before they returned.
