Just before you board (at the gate), ask them for documentation stating the operating carrier. If it says Condor and you end up on an Omni Air flight, then sue. If they tell you that it is Omni, ask when you were informed of an operator change, and if they can't figure it out, then ask to be rebooked/refunded.
