If they disclosed at time of purchase that the flight was operated by Omni Air, or they made a change to operating carrier after that date (which you have the option to accept or decline), then there isn't much you can do. However, if they never told you, then they are breaking the law which states that operating carrier must be disclosed and you have a good case against them.
They never disclosed any flight changes - we first find out when we was on the flight :-(
