I took a UA (Shuttle America) flight last Friday from EWR-MSP. It had a CO codeshare flight number, but I was on the UA flight number and on 005 ticket stock. My OP Plat number was in the reservation.

It's now been almost a week and I haven't received credit for the flight. I tossed the boarding pass...I hope I'm not screwed if the EQMs never show up.
