Just checked in at the JW and here are my $.02:

Service - can't say enough. So far everyone has gone out of their way to provide excellent CS.

Upgrades - got a nice room with a huge mirror that has a tv built in.

Views - room I got has a view of the interior of the building so that's pretty bad. Sort of a tradeoff with the nice room.

Lounge - excellent spread, really elegant. Nice presentation too.

Overall, I would definitely would come back here. And I'm enjoying it!
