Maybe. Just like with UA it can start at the upgrade window but no guarantees that it will happen then. Slightly different than UA, however, CO does the upgrades in sweeps that occur in 24 hour increments prior to the flight rather than building a list and then upgrading folks as seats open up inside the window.
