While I agree that the deep SA flights are generally priced higher than flights to Europe, the flights to deep SA (GRU/GIG/BSB/SCL/EZE) require 2 a/c to operate because of the double red-eye schedules. This would indicate that the cost of the deep SA routes are generally more than their European counterparts.
