2. Travel to Fiji on a QF flight number should be possible, this will be operated by Air Pacific - VERY nice 737-800s, excellent cabin service.

3. That can vary on a daily basis. Apparently ancient tribal law dictates that opon the death of an elder, European tourists are not permitted to visit the rock.
