You can associate more than 1 OnePass account to an AMEX Membership Rewards account as long as there is a linked card with your wife's name on it. From the AMEX website... "Please keep in mind that only your frequent traveler accounts and those of your linked Cardmembers are eligible for point transfers."

However, unless she already has points that would be useful, just put all the points in your account and buy the tickets from there.
