Zorro, your comment has me thinking...

OW Sapphire status entitles me to use Business class lounges when flying internationally, no? So in this case, flying FRA-PMI, wouldn't I be able to use the lounge, regardless of the class I'm flying.

Having only used the BA lounges when in transit through LHR, I am certainly no expert on this. Any advice is appreciated.
