As mkteller suggests, I think the issue is that you are attempting to have a stopover in each direction. If you call back, ask if it is possible to have a stopover at JFK in only 1 direction. If that's the case (I think you'll find that it is), perhaps look at doing SVO-SU-LAX-AF-PPT in 1 direction and just buying a ticket from GOJ-SVO.
