I had some issues with the original routing. QF initially said said I could not use American Eagle flights or certain BA franchises. Once I sent the TA a copy of the rules and they passed them to QF things were ok! My ticket has already been issued and printed as I needed to get this done prior to the fare increase ex-South Africa earlier this year.
