But it's about more than trust. This is a clear violation of 49 U.S.C. § 41712. No merchant can retroactively change the terms of a sale. If you don't like it, you must join the many people here who filed a complaint with the department of transportation at

Then, you need to also call Jeff and Richard's office and tell them that you lost the trust in them.

And send one old fashion letter,
And tell them to change it back.
They lost the trust, and alot more-
They lost people's good will. And good will goes a long way and carries a lot of $$$
I have done all these things suggested by
DLroads. I suggest everyone who doesn't like this policy, so the same. We can get this reversed!
