My sister (who doesn't fly a ton, but flies enough different airlines to have a better basis for comparison than this AA-bound flyer!) flew MIA-SCL on Lan Chile in coach and had two of her best flights. She said that the special (non-dairy) meals in coach were "restaurant-quality."
