I'd like to have more friends in my social circles that are flight crew - I'd fit in with their lifestyle

Is there any way to determine which hotels & other social hangouts are used by flight crew? Since it doesn't appear that flyertalk is a popular forum with crew, are there other online forums that are used by crew (pilots/FA's) or groundstaff?
