The D is the fare basis and doesn't mean discounted. Just as I doesn't mean "itty-bitty" etc.

Most airlines use J or C for full fare business and D and I for lower fares, restricted, promotional in business.

F is used for first and A for discounted first.

The OW probably means one way though.
