They did mention about booking fee and maintenance fee for this membership sales. However, I keep saying NO. Eventually, they offer 7000 points for $1695 and allow me to evaluate this opportunity, which looks reasonable to me. With 7000 points, I can stay in a two bed room apartment for 8 days in Hawaii. I paid about the same amount at Hawaii Hilton village anyway.
