i assume your constraint is:
Oz-BOS-LAX-SCL-n_america_LHR?
i also assume you could transit at more than one point in N.A. before going down to S.A. (i don't know the answer to this, some agent/airline might insist you cannot have split the 6 N.A. segments between the SCL trip)

then it could be
Oz-JFK-DFW-BOS-LAX-DFW-SCL-MIA-ORD-LAX-LHR for max miles,

or if in summer,
Oz-JFK-DFW-ANC-DFW-BOS-LAX-SCL-DFW-LAX-LHR

or some variations
