Nope. When you check in with TK make sure that your Mileage Plus number is on the record and you'll be fine. TK will report it to UA.

Pretty much all revenue buckets earn 100%. UA has apparently not updated the chart to reflect the Premium Economy product buckets (A & U) so that could make for some interesting crediting scenarios.
