I am sure that there is a very fancy title. One of the BA people can tell us what it is soon.
I was trying to discourage bad behaviour in a younger person. Like stopping someone swearing. If we all call each other horrible names, then in the end the behaviour that was witnessed this week on the BA plane will happen more often.
