Long story short, I'm under 21 and was not allowed in Terraces even though I'm flying CX J (and I'm qualifying MPC) from JFK to HKG. I was told that this is a new rule and that they simply hadn't been enforcing it before. I asked the dragon whether or not this was because the bar was not attended and she said that she thought that was the reason. This is utterly ridiculous. Is there no possible way that they could assign someone to "mind" the bar or give them the nominal role of bartender? So I am currently sitting in the foyer, no access to the amenities apart from the wifi; brilliant.
