No. DL is on a piece concept. The fundamental limit is the number of pieces though each piece has a limitation. That's the piece concept.
I'm not sure how a weight concept works. I doubt it is unlimited pieces. I'm guessing it is something like "up to 30kg as long as there aren't more than 3 bags". In this case, you could have a single 30kg bag, and an Elite Plus could have a single bag as long as it didn't exceed 50kg. If I recall correctly, I seem to remember KLM having a limit of 23kg intra-Europe for all bags.
