I think that preson was misquoted; they meant to say "
fail to deliver tangible benefis...".
I think ST integration is still a joke, but I certainly applaud a common baggage policy.^
ETA: Still... I wonder. It says that Elites get 10kg extra, Elite Plus get 20kg extra, and both get 1 extra piece. However... 10kg on top of WHAT? If Airline 1 allows 23kg and airline 2 allows 30kg, then 10kg extra still means a difference in allowance. That's not exactly aligned... Have I misunderstood this?
