Damaged luggage
In the UK, Air France - along with several other airlines - apparently uses a company called damagedluggage.com to handle claims. Does anybody have experience of the process of claiming?
My only previous experience of a damaged case with Air France was in France many years ago, and I took the case to an official repairer for an assessment. Otherwise, my only other experience has been with BA, which is fine as long as you are prepared to accept an Antler replacement case.
