There are dozens, if not hundreds, of threads in this forum mentioning lie flat seats in Business. The short version for DL-operated aircraft:

747-400: 176 degree recliner

777-200LR: lie flat

777-200ER: lie flat

767-400ER: lie flat

A330-300/200: 176 degree recliner

767-300ER: one with lie flats and ~56 with 160 degree recliners

757-200TATL: 150 degree recliners
