I understand both columns of tarrif and class of service available. My question is how do I put it together. Lets say I want to get an upgradable coach ticket to first/business class. I know the lower the alphabet the less chance of getting upgrade. First where do I book it? and second where do I specify that ticket?

Also what is *A mean?
