FWIW, don't hold your breath on getting the upgrade

Looking at the loads, it is not looking good and the C cabin on both flights are selling well [less than 20 left] and it is a month away. I can't give you the load information, but this is as much as I can tell you...

I know the feeling, my mom paid $1800 to fly on UA LAX-GVA via IAD 6 weeks out and I sponsored her upgrades with my SWUs... She wound up 0/4 on upgrades and it totally sucks.
